I have been in the real estate business since 2001. In 2003, I helped to start a team of agents that I worked with until 2008.
In 2008, I got the itch to go out on my own and make a path for myself after being part of a team for so long. Since then, I have SOLD about 300 homes while also working with a handful of buyers.
In the past 11 years since I went out on my own, my average list to sales price is at least 95%. I am dedicated to helping motivated individuals get their homes sold in a timely manner, while also getting them the most amount of money the market allows.
